• Payment information: payment method details processed through our payment gateway (see Section 4). We do not store your full card or UPI credentials on our own servers.
• Marketing preferences: your choices regarding receiving promotional emails, SMS, or WhatsApp updates about offers, new designs, and products.
• In-store information: details you provide at our physical store counter for order booking, alterations, or delivery, such as your name, phone number, and order specifications.
• Communications: records of your correspondence with us, including customer support queries, complaints, and feedback.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To process, customize, print, and fulfil your t-shirt orders (in-store and online).
• To communicate with you about your order status, delivery, and after-sales support.
• To process payments and prevent fraudulent transactions.
• To arrange shipping and delivery of your order to the address you provide.
• To send you promotional offers, discounts, and updates about new designs — only if you have opted in to receive such marketing communications.
• To respond to your queries, complaints, and customer service requests.

• To improve our products, services, and in-store/online shopping experience.

3. Customization Content (Images, Logos & Designs)

Where you upload or provide an image, logo, photograph, or design for printing on a t-shirt, we use that content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order (printing, quality-checking, and production). We do not use your uploaded designs for any other purpose, including marketing, without your separate written consent. You confirm that you own the rights to any image or design you submit, or that you have the necessary permission to use it, and that it does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to refuse to print any content that is offensive, unlawful, or infringes on the rights of others.

4. Sharing of Information with Third Parties

We only share your personal information with the following categories of third parties, and only to the extent necessary to fulfil your order:

• Payment processors/payment gateways: to securely process your online or in-store card, UPI, or wallet payments.
• Shipping and logistics partners: to deliver your order to the address you provide, which requires sharing your name, address, and phone number with the courier/delivery partner.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do not share your data with any other third-party service beyond payment processing and shipping/delivery, except where required by law (see Section 8).

5. Marketing Communications

If you opt in to receive marketing communications (such as offers, discounts, or new design alerts) via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, we will use your contact details for that purpose. You may withdraw your consent and opt out at any time by:

• Clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing email.
• Replying “STOP” to any promotional SMS/WhatsApp message.
• Contacting us directly using the details in Section 11.

Opting out of marketing communications will not affect order-related or transactional communications (such as order confirmations or delivery updates), which we will continue to send as necessary to fulfil your order.

6. Data Storage and Security

We implement reasonable security practices and procedures, including physical, technical, and administrative safeguards, to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Payment information is processed through our payment gateway partner’s secure, encrypted infrastructure; we do not store complete payment card details on our own systems. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, including to process your order, comply with tax and accounting laws, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Uploaded customization designs are retained only for the duration needed to complete production and a reasonable period thereafter for reprint/warranty purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or government/law-enforcement request, or where necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our customers or the public.

• Request deletion of your personal information, subject to our legal and legitimate business retention requirements (such as order and invoicing records).

• Lodge a grievance with our Grievance Officer (see Section 11) regarding the handling of your personal information.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without the consent of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information without appropriate consent, please contact us so we can delete it.
